Ode to Biscoff

This recipe is an ode to Biscoff- I fell in love with these on an airplane and am so glad I can find them in store now! I’ve been dreaming up this treat for awhile now and I’m really happy with it! A must try for Biscoff lovers! This another entry into the #foodartfestiveproject

White Chocolate Biscoff cups

Ingredients

10 Biscoff cookies

10 oz bag of Ghirardelli white chocolate chips

6 oz of Biscoff cookie butter

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with silicone baking cups.

  2. Melt white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals smooth. 

  3. Pour white chocolate into cups ⅓ full.

  4. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on each cup and place a half a cookie into each cup. 

  5. Let set in freezer for 5-10 mins

  6. Warm cookie butter on double boiler until smooth. 

  7. Drizzle cookie butter over cups. Let set. 

  8. Enjoy!
